被子和床单质量不是很好，也不是很舒服，被子太单薄，希望改进，其他方面比较满意

比较满意，酒店环境很好，就是安排客房的时候把我安排在最里面，带孩子不方便，但是早餐的服务员都非常热情，即使在忙，她们服务都非常热情

酒店环境非常好，实施齐全，酒店很尤其早餐厅的服务，里面主管很热情，服务员服务态度非常好

这次一家四口出来旅游住的海州湾酒店非常好，卫生和环境都很干净，尤其大堂经理非常热情还开着酒店的观光车带我们去酒店旁边的小沙滩，最后离店的时候特地送了2个小礼物给我家2个小宝贝
